We have been actively investing in real estate since the late 90's. Margarita worked in Management and Robert worked in the legal field in both California and Texas. Our careers assisted us in our ultimate goal of becoming Realtors. Margarita became a licensed Realtor in 2005 and used her management and customer service experience to help her relate to her clients, as well as to move transactions along effectively. Robert, licensed in 2019, has found a unique crossover between his work now as a Realtor and as his formal work in the legal field; primarily in Bankruptcy law.
We have been married for over 30 years, have 3 adult sons, a grandson, and from time to time we also have a foster child or two. In addition to our love of real estate we find ourselves imursed in our sons' love of everything cinematic and music. Our 2 oldest sons graduated from the Los Angeles Film and Recording School, and our youngest son is enrolled in college pursuing a degree in film, in addition to being an actor and model in the Los Angeles area. We also spend time traveling around Europe and Mexico where we have a home.
