Actively investing in real estate since the late 90's real estate is engrained within us. Prior to 2005 Margarita worked in Management and then began her career in real estate. Robert worked in the legal field in both California and Texas, beginning his career in real estate in 2019. Our careers assisted us in our ultimate goal of becoming Realtors. Margarita uses skills she learned over her management and customer service work. Robert found a unique crossover between his legal career, which was heavily related to real estate matters, to his career in real estate.
Married for over 30 years, we have 3 adult sons, a grandson, and from time to time we also have a foster child or two. In addition to our love of real estate we find ourselves immersed in our sons' love of everything cinematic and music. Our 2 oldest sons graduated from the Los Angeles Film and Recording School, and our youngest son is attending UCSC pursuing his degree in film and digital media. Our youngest son is also an actor and model in the Los Angeles area.
we are a close family and enjoy spending much time together, and enjoy traveling around the world, as well as spending time together at our home in Mexico.
